Officer Debbie Holmes is a certified Car Seat Technician and will assist with the installation of car seats.  She will also provide instructions how to properly use and install a car seat. 

     The Old Town Police Department does have car seats available to those who qualify free of charge, based on income.  Anyone who is currently enrolled in the TANAF program or receives food stamps automatically qualify for one of these car seats that were provided by the State.  

     The Old Town Police Department  also has free booster seats provided by the Ford Motor Company available with no qualifications.
